“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.  And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus,” (Phil. 4:6-7).

Prayer is so fundamental to the life of our church for the simple reason that God our Father is the one from whom all blessings flow.Our dependence on God, rather than our sinful self-reliance, is never more clearly expressed than in prayer.
