38 Bendooley Street Bowral Sunday Services: Auditorium 9:30am & 5:30pm, Traditional 8am, 9:30am and 4pm.

We aim to partner with parents in reaching children and helping them become fully devoted followers of Jesus. Our programs aim to creatively engage children with God’s good news in age appropriate ways that encourage them to apply God’s Word to their lives. We also aim for it to be a fun and safe place where children want to be.

On your first visit to church.

St Jude's BowralThe 9:30 Sunday service is when we run our kids program called Kids @ Church (K@CH) during school term time. K@CH caters for toddlers to Year 9 students.

On arrival you’ll see the K@CH Check In desk just near the entrance to the auditorium. If your children would like to join the other kids in our program then you will need to stop here and check them in. Of course, your children are welcome to stay with you during the service. There is a parenting room available for parents with infants.

At the Check In desk the children will be given a name tag and shown where to go at the appropriate time. Please complete a registration form when you are ready to attend regularly.

After checking in please find a seat with your children and enjoy the first part of our gathering together. Usually a children’s talk takes place at the beginning of the service and then the service leader will indicate the time for the children to leave and go with their leaders to their allocated rooms.

The children will be returned to the service at its conclusion.

Parenting Room

A parenting room is attached to the New Church Building and is available for parents of infants if needed. This room is equipped with comfy chairs and a few toys and books. The sound is fed through, and a large window allows you to be involved.

All children begin the morning in the service with their parents. A children’s talk will usually take place at the beginning of the service before the children move out to their age-appropriate program. Children then re-join their parents in the service at its conclusion.

After school Kids Club for Yrs 5-6 Fridays (during school term)

Arvo Club logo-colourArvo Club is a place where ‘tween-age’ kids get to enjoy games, food, have fun with friends and discover Jesus and what it means to follow him in a relaxed and safe environment. Our  program begins with arrival time, afternoon tea and then games that are easy to join in with as children arrive from school. Our teaching and activity time begins at 4pm. After that, there’ll probably be enough time for another game or two! All leaders are Safe Ministry trained and those over 18yrs have a WWCC so parents can feel reassured that their children are being well cared for. If you would like any further information, please email our Children’s Minister Jaryd Hoffman

This program is open to any Yr 5 or 6 student and their friends.  If you are registering for the first time this year or if your details or transport arrangements have changed, please complete a registration form when you come in on a Friday afternoon.
