Contemporary Music at St Jude’s

At St. Jude’s we are committed to gathering as the people of God and worshipping Him together in authenticity. Worship is often a word that describes all we do in our daily lives to honour God, and musical worship is simply a tool to draw us into prayer, to proclaim our faith and acknowledge God’s goodness together as we seek to honour him each day.

We believe that corporate worship is a powerful tool to both encourage our fellow believers and to give glory to God. We have several bands that play at our 9:30am and 5:30pm services, each with their own unique sound, but all playing under the same banner of Jesus Christ, and all for the purpose of encouraging one another and glorifying God. Our musicians are a family of believers who seek to honour the responsibility given to them by living humble and godly lives with Jesus at the centre of everything. It is our prayer that our worship will flow from hearts which are always turned towards God in every time, place and circumstance.
